30-Day “Badass Bootcamp” Challenge Group

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Let’s see what would happen if you stop doubting your greatness and started living an awesome life!  For 30 days, we will be committing to clean eating, exercise and personal development. Assignments in this group will be based on the book You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero (one of my favorites!). If you’re interested in participating in the 30-Day “Badass Bootcamp” Challenge, please fill out this application so I can learn more about you if I have not yet worked with you and see which program is right for you if you’re not sure. Space is limited so I can give each challenger personalized attention.  Starts September 7th.  A program & Shakeology is required.

FREE 6 Week “Happy Feet” Running Challenge

I am training for a half-marathon November 8th and I am looking for some training buddies! In this group, my fellow coaches and I will provide you with tips, motivation, and training plans to help you be ready to rock your race! Whether you are doing the couch to 5k plan or training for a marathon, we will provide plans for runners of all levels and help you stay accountable every day! 21-Day “Superlife” Challenge 

What role does nutrition play in your overall wellness?  We’ll talk about super foods, water intake, detoxifying, and other holistic health tactics.  Starts September 14th.  Program only.  No Shakeology required. 

Almost Vegan Challenge Group30-Day “Almost Vegan” Challenge

Hesitant to go all out vegan, but wanting to start to stick your toes in the water and see what health benefits this lifestyle may bring to you? This group is for anyone interested in the advantages of beginning to move in the direction of less dairy and less meat. Maybe for you, it’s Meatless Monday. Or going vegan during the week, conventional on the weekends.  Starts September 21st.  A program and Shakeology is required.

5-Day Sneak Peek into Coaching

“So, what the heck is this Beachbody Coaching thing?” That’s what I wondered initially and I was a big skeptic! Now I feel so blessed to have found a job that allows me to work out, set my own hours, be my own boss, connect with like-minded people on social media, transform lives, and earn money while I’m at it! Uh can you say win-win-win-win?? My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner!

My team and I will be hosting a 5 day sneak peek into coaching group so that I can tell you exactly what coaching entails: time commitment, how coaches make money, what they do on a daily basis, and how they grow their business. New Coach Training Group

Is wellness coaching right for you?  I’m looking for 3-4 self-motivated fitness enthusiasts I can mentor to help grow their own online fitness business to join a 30-Day Training Group.   I’m looking for individuals who:

  • Enjoy helping and encouraging others
  • Have a passion for fitness (although you don’t have to be an expert- just willing to find out information when asked)
  • Are familiar with social media (Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Want to work from home and set their own hours
