Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes

I’ve noticed that I seem to have an obsession with making protein pancakes.. But when they are this DELICIOUS and this HEALTHY, how could I not?? These were so amazing and I made them while studying for a kinesiology test this morning– super simple and took no time at all. I used vanilla Shakeology as my protein powder and put a dash of cinnamon on top of my topping, but you can use whatever you prefer! Enjoy!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 3 egg whites
  • chocolate chips
  • For topping:
    • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
    • 1 tbsp almond butterbanana choco chip pancakes
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Mash banana in a bowl
  2. Stir in protein powder & mix
  3. Add egg whites & mix.
  4. Pour into desired size on greased skillet
  5. Add in chocolate chips
  6. Flip pancake when it begins to bubble on the surface & cook other side
  7. For topping: Mix all ingredients together & pour on top
